Shipping Policy

Every Silvergrain Press book and framed print is made to order. That means we produce your piece specifically for you, then ship it straight to your door.

Processing time

Most orders are produced and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Some items, especially larger framed prints, may take a little longer due to careful packaging and handling.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has been dispatched. Estimates may vary depending on the shipping method you choose.

  • United Kingdom: typically 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
  • European Union: typically 5 to 7 working days after dispatch
  • United States: typically 4 to 6 working days after dispatch
  • Canada: typically 10 to 15 working days after dispatch if shipped from the EU/UK; if fulfilled in North America, delivery is typically similar to US estimates

If you need an order by a specific date, email us before placing your order and we will tell you what is realistic.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping costs, taxes, and duties

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

We're proud to use a production network that enables us to fulfil orders from the UK, EU, or USA, meaning we can produce and ship orders from the region closest to you. This keeps delivery fast and helps minimise import fees. Occasionally, depending on the product and destination, local taxes, VAT, duties, or customs fees may still apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are your responsibility unless explicitly included at checkout.

Address details

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays, lost packages, and damage

Delivery times can occasionally be affected by carriers, weather, or customs processing. If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your order appears lost, email us and we will help.

If your order arrives damaged, or something is not right, just let us know within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right in line with our Print Quality Promise and Returns and Refunds policy.
